Lockdown Relief: Simple breathing exercises to help you regain control

Now that many places in the northern hemisphere of the world, including the country of my birth (England) are back in lockdown to try to get control of the spread of Covid-19, I thought it might be helpful for me to re-post the videos I created for New Zealanders when we went through this the first time around back in March / April 2020. I hope you find them useful.

In this video, I’m talking about how we can relieve anxiety and a feeling that we are racing out of control by learning how to apply the brake in our bodies. It is built-in, and easy to use when you get some practice. And you use it by simply breathing.
